A Famous Runaway

It's the morning of Daisy's girly day out and she makes a big breakfast of eggs and bacon to fuel her through the day Sitting down to eat it, avoiding the TV at all costs - tonight is the Starlight Accolades and she doesn't want to know any more about it  She soon gets a call from Luna, who is downstairs waiting for her  So she heads off to meet Penny! Arriving at the store, Penny greets Daisy and congratulates her on her promotion  Then, Luna introduces her to Jesminder, a family friend who owns the new store  She is brought over to the chair and chats to Jesminder about what she wants - she's decided that the rebellious hairstyle she has at the moment has been outgrown, and would like something more adult and professional before entering true adulthood  Jesminder has just the think and not long later, Daisy looks like a different person! Doesn't it look beautiful!  She pays $70 for the hair and some ...

Yet another problem faces Daisy on this Saturday morning - her sink breaks!  Not wanting to call in the landlord again, she decides to take a crack at fixing it herself  And, feeling confident and accomplished having been able to fix it, she takes on some other housework But ends up having to call the landlord anyway, because she spots a gas leak  So, she jumps in the bath while the landlord tackles the leak (luckily the door locks!)  With the apartment in a slightly less awful state, Daisy tries her hand at a gourmet recipe - garlic noodles  It goes quite well and she sits down to enjoy them in front of the TV, finally finding a channel that isn't covering those darn Starlight Accolades! After lunch, she receives a call from Luna. Her friend is opening a salon and clothing store in a few days and offered Luna early access to it - she knows that Daisy's birthday is coming up and would like to treat her! ...

It's the morning of Harvestfest and Daisy has picked up an extra shift at work this evening She quickly whips up some breakfast  And sits down watching TV while she eats Before getting changed and heading over to Penny's house for lunch!  The two sit down to talk - Penny checks in on how Daisy is feeling since the news about her daughter  And Daisy confides in Penny about her feelings about her mother's decision to host the starlight accolades  She's upset about it because she always said that her dream would be to cater the Starlight Accolades - something her Mother knows So, her decision to agree to host it this year simply feels like a veiled message to Daisy that she no longer cares what she wants Though Penny tries to assure Daisy that it's surely not that and is simply a career move, because Anita never does anything for anyone but herself, but secretly wonders if this may be true  Trying her best to move ...

It's a startling start to the morning as yet more rats make an appearance in Daisy's apartment She quickly sets down a trap and tries her best to ignore them as they slowly get drawn into the traps Daisy jumps into the kitchen to make some food, and reaches level 4 of the cooking skill! Yay! Sitting down to eat, she watches some TV and waits for Penny, who is supposed to be coming over today And soon after, she shows up! Daisy hugs her friend and invites her in, apologising for the mess (not that the apartment is ever clean!)  Penny tells Daisy to sit down, as she has some news.  She explains that she was walking by the park in San Myshuno when she spotted a child who looked just like Daisy did as a child. She also tells Daisy she heard her be called "Penelope" and when Daisy confesses that that was the name she chose for her daughter, Penny becomes emotional and the two hug and laugh at their tears.  She reports that Penelope...
