Episode Thirteen PART 2: Hello, Penny

Here we are, the moment everyone has been waiting for. Today, Daisy will finally meet her daughter Penny. 

Let's get on with it... 

Daisy was extremely nervous to head over to the foster home and possibly meet her daughter, but the day had come and she was at the foster home to take a look around

She was quietly relieved when Emily told her that all of the kids, including Penny, were at school. She wanted to prepare herself before meeting her daughter.

Emily showed Daisy around, first at the bedrooms where Penny and her friends slept...

Then the living room, including a gorgeous Christmas tree as Christmas was only a few days away...

And finally, the toddler room where Penny spent her younger years...

The two then went outside for some fresh air, and so that Daisy could take a look around the garden

Daisy was nervous - she saw how amazing the foster home was and was worried Penny wouldn't want to leave. Emily reassured her, though, by telling her that she had shown Penny some pictures and told her about her Mother and she was super excited to meet her and maybe even live with her soon! 

Daisy then heard a bus pull up outside and headed out to finally see her daughter

The two caught eyes immediately and Penny ran into her Mother's arms

Tears filled Daisy's eyes as she finally hugged her daughter. All of her fears had disappeared as she held her little girl in her arms

Penny even gave her Mother a gift! She'd been saving her pocket money and told her she wanted her to buy something nice for their house - isn't she precious!

Daisy thanked her daughter for the gift and was relieved that she wasn't unhappy or angry that she had been left in Emily's care all those years ago

Then, the girl went inside where Penny and her friends got to know Daisy a little better 

Daisy told them all about her job, her apartment, and her friends. Penny told her Mother about school and her hobbies. Daisy was pleased to hear that Penny was a creative soul

Before long, though, the visit came to an end as Daisy had to get ready for the night shift at work. Penny was sad to see her Mother go but was promised that soon enough, she'd be returning home to live with her. 

So, how will Daisy fair as Penny returns home for a visit over Christmas? And how will they enjoy living together full time?

Episode Eleven: Happiest Birthday

It's the morning of Daisy's birthday and she starts the day with breakfast and some TV  And gets some chores done  Then enjoys a relaxing bubble bath as she thinks about what to have for lunch... She decides on garlic noodles, a gourmet meal that has become her speciality after practising it on her breaks at work   Speaking of work, she has to head off not long after lunch, excitingly planning the day she can leave and move on to better things  Returning home happy from her shift, where she received many birthday wishes, Daisy awaits her visitor  Penny!  (glowing due to H&H festival)  Penny is excited that her little girl is finally becoming an adult  She wishes her a happy birthday and gives her a gift  A birthday cake!  With no time to waste, she blows out the candles and ages up - she is officially an adult! She gains the Family-Oriented trait too :)  ...

Episode Four: Going Through The Motions

It's another morning in San Myshuno as Daisy prepares some breakfast to fuel her for the day ahead Daisy continues to watch cooking shows in hopes of inspiration and increasing her skills It's Saturday and Daisy decides to make the most of the day before heading off to work at 5, so she checks out a new website she heard about where you can pick up odd jobs for extra cash She finds a decently paid job picking up food and delivering it to people's houses, which she heads off to do Returning home two hours later, she made $36 - not bad! Daisy has just enough time for a bowl of chips Before having to head off to work for the evening While at work there's a gas leak in the apartment! But luckily the landlord is around and a neighbour called him over, so he's able to come in and fix the mess while Daisy is at work! Daisy returns home feeling extremely happy: she got a promotion!
